The Clarify & Repair facial treatment is an acne-targeted facial with deep Hydrodiamind exfoliation, extractions, an optional light salicylic peel plus LED blue/red therapy.
Cancellation Policy:
To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please review our booking and cancellation policies: Pre-payment Deposit Policy: As part of our commitment to providing high-quality services, a 50% deposit is required for all services at the time of booking, which will be applied towards your total service amount, unless your cancel your appointment within 24 hours of service or no-show to your scheduled appointment (see below Late Cancellation/No-Show Policy for details). The remainder of your service amount can be paid in full at the time of booking or in-office at your scheduled appointment. Late Cancellation/No-Show Policy: Failure to cancel or reschedule within the 24-hour window of your scheduled appointment time will result in you losing your 50% pre-payment deposit. Heavenly Reflections will allow one (1) reschedule opportunity without losing the pre-payment deposit, however you must call the office to reschedule for a new date within 90 days of your original appointment date and time. You can cancel your booking online or by calling Heavenly Reflections directly at 785-375-1648. Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete any necessary forms and consultations. Late Arrivals: We are a small studio and have a carefully planned schedule to allocating appropriate time to service each scheduled client based on the service(s) scheduled. Clients who arrive late to their scheduled appointments, will have that time cut into their treatment time and may not be able to be treated, depending on timing and schedule. We respect your time and ask that you respect ours by arriving promptly. Each service is customized to meet your unique needs and punctuality ensures we can deliver the best results for you and other clients.
